What’s Included in This Journey:
🌕 Opening Ceremony (Live on Zoom)
We begin together with a grounding welcome circle—breath, gentle movement, and intention setting to mark your transition into this sacred space.
🌿 3 Weekly Practices
Each week, you’ll receive 3 videos weaving yoga, meditation, and breathwork—designed to support your nervous system and guide you back to your center. These are short, intentional, and meant to be returned to as needed.
🌙 Private Online Community
A space to connect with others on the path. Share reflections, ask questions, and be witnessed.
🔥 Closing Ceremony & Optional In-Person Class
We’ll close with a live yoga and meditation class to integrate what’s unfolded. If you’re local, you’re invited to join in person. A Zoom option will be available for everyone else.
