Calming the Chaos Workshop
Your body is always speaking, but in the rush of daily life it’s easy to miss what it’s trying to say. This workshop is a sacred pause, a chance to step out of the swirl of thoughts and come home to yourself.
Through grounding breathwork, slow and intentional movement, and a guided tension-release meditation, we’ll soothe the frayed edges of your nervous system and call you back into balance. Along the way, you’ll learn how your body’s stress cycles work and how to work with them so you can feel steady, clear, and connected even when life gets loud.
