The Steady Practice

Your grounded path to

Consistency, Simplicity and Connection

If you’re holding everything together but feel quietly disconnected from yourself, The Steady Practice is a place to come home—slowly, authentically, and without pressure.

A reliable rhythm you can return to, even when things feel messy or inconsistent. A place where your nervous system can settle, your body can move in ways that actually feel good, and you don’t have to explain yourself or keep up appearances.

This monthly offering blends practical yoga, mindful movement, and gentle self-inquiry with a supportive community of like-hearted women. No complicated schedules, no needing to be perfect—just steady practices that fit your life and nourish your nervous system.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Movements are simple, cues are clear, and there is always permission to rest, modify or do less.

What’s included each month

Three Daily Practices (short + simple)
Each day, you’ll be invited into three small practices you can actually keep up with. These are meant to fit into real life, even on busy or low-energy days.

Journal Prompts
Simple prompts to help you take stock, notice patterns, and reflect on what’s actually happening for you—without overthinking or spiraling.

Two Pre-Recorded Yoga Classes (75-ish minutes each)

  • Cozy Slow Flow — grounding, supportive, and calming

  • Grounded Flow — steady, strengthening, and energizing

Practice on your own schedule, repeat as often as you like.

One Live Zoom Opening Practice (30-60 minutes) Wednesday, March 11th @7pm CST
Each month we’ll gather live for a short teaching and meditation practice.

The full session will be recorded and available to revisit. I’ll also share an audio version of the meditation practice so you can return to it anytime.

One Live Zoom Women’s Circle Sunday, March 29th @2pm
A monthly gathering for reflection, connection, and being witnessed. Sharing is always optional. Presence is enough.

*For those enrolled in the March Steady Practice, the March 22 in-person Women’s Circle (in Huntsville, AL) is included.

This practice is meant to feel:

Steady. Doable. Grounded. Supportive without being demanding.

This is a good fit for you if:

  • You’ve tried yoga or meditation before but struggled to keep consistent

  • You feel overwhelmed by over-complicated wellness routines and crave simplicity

  • You value both solo practice and shared space

  • You want a calm, low-pressure space to build your practice at your own pace

  • You crave quiet connection with other women, and you’re ready to reconnect with your body and nervous system in a supportive, no-judgment community

The Steady Practice is held as a women-centered space, welcoming women and those who identify as women.

Investment $59

If this kind of steadiness feels like what you’ve been missing, I’d love to have you join us.

Next round starts March, 1st. See how it feels to have a practice you don’t have to force.

  • Do I need to be experienced with yoga or meditation?

Not at all! The classes are accessible and thoughtfully cued, with options and modifications offered throughout. February’s Yoga Refresh workshop is there specifically to help you feel more confident and supported, especially if you’re returning after a break or have felt unsure in group classes before.

  • What if I don’t have a lot of time?

This is designed for real life. You’re not expected to do everything. Even one class, one short Anchor practice, one conscious breath is enough. The practices are there to support you—not become another obligation.

  • I’ve started and stopped yoga so many times. How is this different?

There’s no falling behind here. You return when you can, as you are. The structure is meant to reduce decision fatigue and help you stay connected without needing to start over each time or play catch up.

  • What are the live Women’s Circles like?

The circles are gentle, grounded, and intentionally unrecorded so the space feels safe. You’re always welcome to simply listen—sharing is optional. There’s no fixing, coaching, or pressure to perform. Just connection, reflection, and being witnessed.

  • Why is this a 3-month seasonal commitment?

Because steadiness takes time. The seasonal rhythm gives you space to settle in, build trust with the practices, and notice real shifts. February is a low-pressure trial month so you can feel it out before committing.
