The Steady Practice
Come out of survival mode and finally feel at ease.
The Steady Practice
A 3-Month Immersion in Nervous System Steadiness
You’ve learned how to function under pressure.
Now it’s time to learn how to feel okay.
The Steady Practice is a small, guided experience for women who are tired of pushing through their lives and ready to feel steady inside them.
This is structured support for rebuilding nervous system safety, strengthening self-trust, and practicing a different way of living.
What We Do Together
Over three months we focus on:
• Practical tools to regulate your nervous system
• Simple daily practices that create consistency without overwhelm
• Guided meditation and embodied awareness
• Live teaching to help you understand what’s happening in your body
• Facilitated circles where you can speak honestly and be heard
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
• You look capable on the outside but feel tense or exhausted inside
• You struggle to fully relax, even when nothing is wrong
• You are tired of coping and want a real shift in how you feel
• You want connection that feels grounding and genuine
What Often Begins to Shift
As women practice consistently over these three months, you may begin to notice:
• reacting less quickly and thinking more clearly
• sleep gradually improving
• the ability to pause instead of immediately pushing through
• moments of enjoyment returning in ordinary parts of the day
• a growing sense of internal steadiness
These changes come from your nervous system learning a different pattern through repetition and support.

This work has grown out of 20 years of teaching yoga and meditation and my study of nervous system regulation. Over time I’ve seen that what women need most is steadiness, understanding, and consistent support.
The Steady Practice is my clearest expression of that.
